GENERAL CONDITIONS
The values of the fares are for a couple.
Children 0 to 2 years incomplete: Free (Maximum 2 children per suite).
Children 2 to 12 years incomplete is charged 15% of the value of the suite for each child.
From 12 years of age is charged 30% of the value of the suite per person.
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DINERS since phone service is working.
Prepare yourself in advance that on the Ilha Grande has no banks, ATMs or money exchange.
The minimum time for check-in is 12:00 and time limit for check-out time is 10:00.
The breakfast, afternoon tea and access to Wi-Fi are included in the fares.
Prices and conditions subject to change without notice, respecting the reservations already confirmed/paid. For groups, the hotel reserves the right to change pricing policies and/or business policies as required.
Payment: 50% deposit and the remaining payment must be made at check-in. Proof of payment must be sent by e-mail within 48 hours after the reservation request. Otherwise the reservation will be canceled automatically. IMPORTANT: Please confirm receipt of your deposit slip. Just consider the reservation confirmed after clearing bank. We do not accept checks.
Deadline for Cancellation or Change: 21 days before check-in Upper and Middle Season and 15 days before check-in Low Season. After this time, will apply the policy of NO SHOW*. For reservations requested less than 21 days before check-in, high and middle season, and with less than 15 days before check-in in the low season, the deadline for cancellation without charge is 48 hours after confirmation of same. If this limit is exceeded shall be applied to policy NO SHOW*.
* NO SHOW: loses the total amount deposited.
The Hotel does not accept animals regardless of size.
As the Hotel is on the island, there is possibility of casual power outages, as well as lack of coverage of the Internet, in the case of unforeseen circumstances, the reason the payment of accommodation must be made in kind.
The nonsuit of stay on arrival or after entering in the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund, cash refund, credit or new daily, leading to total loss of the amount paid by the package or daily.
